In your own words (no more than 3000) explain the basics of conducting business in Europe.  Some things you may want to focus on are:

  1. What are the main influencing factors?
  2. How were the regulations decided upon?
  3. Strategies
  4. What happens when rules are broken?
  5. History of some major business transactions (reference case studies).
